Michelle Obama
On November 4, 2008, Michelle Obama became the first African American First Lady in the United States. She is a lawyer and a mother. According to USA Today, Michelle has two degrees from Princeton and Harvard. As any parent knows, it's not easy balancing your career and family. Yet, she has been supporting her husband on the presidential campaign trail. As the saying goes, behind every good man there is a good woman. This is true!
I never thought I would see an African American First Lady during my lifetime. I am amazed! We need to encourage, support, and pray for Mrs. Obama.
